You will engage as a national resource but will be primarily focused on the Southwest, California, and Pacific Northwest markets.The TeamBlack & Veatch Process Engineers develop technical solutions that are critical to winning work and drive design deliverables for critical infrastructure projects with community benefits. Our Team of over 200 process engineers support water, industrial, next generation agriculture, LNG, hydrogen, fertilizer, and carbon capture businesses among others. Key Responsibilities

Staying current on industry trends and client needs to inform growth strategies

Supporting the development and implementation of strategy and growth initiatives

Participating in thought leadership activities to build BV brand as industry leaders in the implementation of tailored treatment solutions

Playing a vital role in business development activities, including pursuit strategy, prepositioning activities, proposal development, and project interviews

Serving as technical advisor to design teams and clients throughout project lifecycle of planning, design, construction, startup and commissioning, and operations

Driving joint accountability for project execution and safety performance

Mentoring and supervising team members to build best-in-class capabilities

Building technical bench strength through staff development and recruiting

Providing qualifications, technical approach, and selling messages and communicating them in proposals and project interviews

Recruiting and developing capabilities to meet business and client needs

Provides technical guidance for projects or disciplines
